At this time we are reviewing routines and procedures in the classroom. We will continue to introduce colors, shapes and letters/letter sounds each week. Check your students folders for detailed information about what shape, color and letters we are learning that week.

We have been having a great school year and are excited your student will be apart of our PPCD (Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities) program for the 2017-2018 school year! We will have an amazing school year, please feel free to contact me with any question or concerns.
Hi! My name is Heather Brooks and I am one of the PPCD teachers at Shady Grove Elementary. This is my tenth year to teach and my eight year in PPCD.
I am a Burnet High School graduate. On August 12, 2017 I graduated with my masters in Educational Diagnostician from Texas Tech University and completed my undergraduate from Texas State University in 2008. My husband Joey and I have two children Hannah (9) and Ford (4), we live outside of Burnet on 30 acres and raise many different farm animals. We love to be outside and with family!
