SGE is proud to recognize Amber Hagen as the March Gem of Appreciation. Ms. Hagen began the year as an Interventionist. However, when our kindergarten enrollment increased to the point of needing to add an additional classroom this past December, Ms. Hagen stepped up in a big way! She volunteered to leave her role as interventionist and open a new kindergarten class in the middle of the school year. Being able to put an experienced teacher AND a familiar face in the new classroom helped make the transition as smooth as possible for our students, our kindergarten team of teachers, and the campus as a whole. Ms. Hagen modeled positivity, professionalism, and a team mentality while prioritizing students' learning and well-being,
