 Requirements to register a child:
Incoming PreK students must be 4 on or before Sept. 1, 2018.
Incoming Kinder students must be 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2018.
 
What do I need to register my child?
- Proof of residence within the district (contract on house, lease agreement, or utility bill indicating the address and the adult's name).
- Child's official birth certificate (hospital birth certificates will NOT be accepted).
- Child's current immunization record
- Child's social security card (preferred, but will not prevent enrollment)
- Proof of eligibility for all Pre-K students (see requirements below)
 
In order to complete your child's registration, the above documents must be provided to the campus prior to the first day of school.
 
What qualifies my student for Pre-K?
Our Pre-K program is an all-day federally funded program. Pre-K students must meet at least one of the following criteria in order to attend:
 
- INCOME - We will need to see the last 30 days of the household income. We receive our new 2018-19 income guidelines the first week in August. At that time we will need you to furnish the documents in order for us to determine eligibility.
- MILITARY- If either parent of the student is Active Military or was killed in the line of duty, your student will qualify.
- FOSTER CARE - If the child has been or is currently in Foster Care he/she will qualify
- LANGUAGE - If the student's second language is English, he/she will qualify. (student will be     tested)
- TEXAS STAR AWARD - If either parent is a recipient of this award, the child will qualify.
